  • At Browns Brothers, we want you and your furry friend to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 7 days of receipt, subject to the following terms and conditions:

    To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

    Personalised or customised items cannot be returned unless they are damaged or defective.

    Due to sanitary reasons, should an item become damaged after use, you will no longer be eligible for a return.
